Electronics have been trying to control my life for some time. Yesterday we upgraded out smart phones to iPhones. The kids think they’re a step ahead of us because they’ve had ipod touches for a few years now. Next we’re working on digitizing all of our videos. Each one takes a few hours, so Eric has been checking the status of the conversion to keep the process going. Then there’s the additional problem that some of these digitized videos won’t play on the iPods. The problem that took up most of my afternoon was trying to post to the blog by sending the blog an email. This will be most useful when we’re sailing because we won’t have internet access, but we will have ham radio email. I spent hours and hours trying to figure this problem out and in the end, after reading pages of instructions, found a plugin that just takes care of the problem for me. So, this message was posted to the blog from an email.
